Why is Webster still with us?

    radio guy this morning said that he is good friends with someone high up with the Titans ownership...he had a long talk yesterday with the individual and was told that the plan is to clean house...they have a person in mind for the GM position and are willing to back the dump truck up to his front door to try to get him...he said this person has had success in the NFL before as a GM and can handle the media in an interview...the radio guy would not give his name as he swore to his contact that he would not...

    2 guys that come to mind that fit those criteria are Bill Polian and Floyd Reese....anyone else you can think of....Scott Pioli maybe

    Chris Polian was a GM in Indy for a short time

    He was the scape goat when they tanked for Luck. He had to get canned otheriwse it was too obvious the Colts owner called for them to lose out..

    Oh, yeah maybe then!

    Who is that dude that was a GM for Seattle and San FRan, and was a huge nfl scout for years but had a really bad drinking problem? I read a story on him a while back about how he is one of the best talent scouts the nfl ever had, but he had personal issues. Maybe that dude got his life back together and is looking for a second chance.

    Kind of hope its not Chris Polian, he is as bad as Webster in the draft. Donald Brown 1st round? WTF!! lol Jerry Hughes?!?!?!?

    Maybe he's figured it out since his time in Indy but his picks arent encouraging..

    If they decide to clean house, they need to do it the next day after their last game. It would be a disadvantage to clean house in the middle of off season. We need the new GM to have his chips ready for FA and the draft.
