I would say anyone on the jets or Vikings could most likely be available.

 

Who to target isnt the question, who can we unload is more like it.

All this money spent on new OLB's and we get almost nothing from them..

Id see if we can send Beasley somehwere.

 

I think Vrabel turning over defensive play calling duties would go further than anything else.

 

send em and a 2 to bill for Gilmore.

Then bill can cut em in a couple weeks

 

I'd argue secondary help is more needed than pass rush. It's not that our rush doesn't get hits and pressures. It's that opposing QB's are able to get the ball out to open guys on time. We're not doing a good job of jamming the WR's, or making QB's second guess because the coverage is so bad. Adoree coming back will help, but won't fix everything.

Also could use some ILB help of a guy who can actually cover in pass situations. Jayon is fine, but seems banged up after yesterday, and Evans has never been good in coverage. Either trade for someone or let David Long try his hand on 3rd downs.

 

Pass rusher or corners, good of either makes the other look good.
We spent a fortune on two low producing rushers who seem to lack drive, though they are talented.
I think we need a couple good corners.

 

I’d try to get Williams from the Jets or, as a extreme long shot idea, offer Seattle Corey Davis and a 1 for Metcalf.

It’s rumored Quinnen Williams is available and Metcalf is Megatron 2.0. I personally think whenever you fan get unique physical freaks on your team you should do so. It’s why I wanted Henry so bad when he came out for the draft.
