Draft Prince or Peterson in the 1st. Finny is on the decline.
Best Safety available in 2nd.

BUT...

in the 3rd round, grab a center.

Well if you grab Orton the titans have to give their 2nd pick for him.

So forget the "Best Safety available in 2nd."

 

uhh Amy, Most owners don't deal with football operations outside of Jerry Jones and Al Davis. That is what GM's are for. Fisher is a horrible coach and I guess he tries to be the GM as well. But he's not good at that either.

 

Don't forget, we can trade Young to the Broncos. Maybe they want a mobile vet behind Tebow. If we throw in VY, it could easily only cost us a 3rd or a 4th for Orton.

 

That doesn't make much sense to me... Why would they want VY with a prohibitive salary as a backup QB when they can stay with Orton for the same money.

 

Safeties are bad in this draft. Better to wait till next year. Hope is on his last year w/ his contract. Get Myron and Robert Johnson some time, see what they can do. If neither of them step up, then we can take a SS next year 1st round or 2nd round.

But i'd be all for Haynesworth, Orton, CB in 1st.
