Fisher almost brought me to tears this morning when I saw the replay of his p.c. on Tennessee Mornings this morning.
You could tell he was very hurt and was doing his best to keep his bearing.

I just finished listening to Titansradio "Remembering Steve McNair" and the acceptance of his passing just set in. I am not an emotional of a guy, but reliving those memorable moments, and reflecting on the many times I personal got o meet Steve, and talk briefly with him really struck a cord. He along with Eddie, Frank, Jevon, and many of the "origional" Titans pulled many of us in or back into the excitement of watching proffesional football week in and week out, and we have lost one of those greats. Steve was one of my favorite players, as I am sure he was a favorite of many. Alot of us have memories of this modern era Iron Man of the gridiron that stand out and think to ourselves: "how did he do that"! As pointed out by many he was a person, and had his faults, but as fans he gave us many great gifts in the memories, and a renewed devotion to this sport. Without sounding like to much of a sap, I just want to acknowledge my appritiation to Steve, for his onfield accomplishments, and those off the field. I dont think we will see another like him. Rest in piece Steve, you where a hero, and role model to many and you will be greatly missed.

Only my second post to this forum since joining a few months back and lurking... Just can't get this though my head, like it's not really real... My buddy called me on the 4th and told me the news and I swore he was just messing with me until my son ran into the house and checked the major sports websites. We were both devastated and he is only 14 so he didn't really get into Titan's football until just after Mac9 left town for Bmore. This whole thing is just so damn tragic and senseless. I never met Mac9, but my brother was shooting a rookie's all-star deal down in Orlando the summer Mac was drafted and got me an auto that I still have in my box of rookie football cards of Mac and Eddie, totally blows me away that the guy is dead now. So young... Just totally messed up ! Rest easy Mac9, we loved watching you play like the warhorse you were and thank you for so many excellent memories and for helping establish a tradition of excellence w/ Titans football man !!

Nice video. Black Beauty sings a song-"i am the warrior" which i think would be a perfect fit in the background of that video if you want to check it out.
