Titans sign NT Bennie Logan to 1 year/$4 Million deal

I liked him coming out of college

Here is what I like: Over his 5 seasons in NFL, Bennie Logan (@da_king_son18) ranks 9th among DL in “stuffs” (a tackle for loss on a rushing attempt) with 31, according to STATS, Inc.

I'll take tackles for a loss all day long.

 

Nice, I like this signing. Fills the veteran NT we needed, allows us to draft young guy for growth.

Clear upgrade over Sly. Can't say how many times how much I hated that signing. Looks like JRob is learning from his mistakes.

 

Solid signing. An upgrade to Sly, but not an established enough player where we feel like we need to pass up top talent at the position in the draft if someone drops unexpectedly.

 

With Sly, JRob swung and missed. Next at bat he took it deep with Logan.

 

I don’t know about Vrabel, but I think it’s obvious JRob isn’t a fan of Hankins. This is two free agency periods in a row he’s been available and JRob went in a different direction both times.
