Titans sign Jayon Brown to 1-year deal

I imagine Jayon was keen on a 1-year deal, his agent must have been telling him that what he wanted for a long-term deal wasnt out there atm.

 

Really thought he'd get a pretty big payday somewhere else.

One of the few defensive players that should be kept.

 

Betting on himself to play well and next year when the cap goes up, he will cash in on a long term deal.

 

Nothing wrong with putting your chips in on your own plate

 

Wonder if JRob told him he’ll get a fat contract once Evans is released after next season

 

No! JRob said “Jason, sign the Gotdam contract and get out of my office I got work to do!”

 

Got his jersey last year ... that’s a relief. One more year at least that it’s not outdated.

Glad we got him for the year. Hopefully we can wrap him up long term. One of the most down to earth players I've ever come across.

 

If he does end up leaving next year and signing a big deal elsewhere would we be eligible for a pick?
