SUMMARY: According to his agent, the Tennessee Titans reached a restructured deal with RB Travis Henry. The Titans avoided paying the $4 million option Henry was scheduled to collect as the veteran agreed to a multiyear, incentive-laden deal. "Travis is bending over backwards to make this work because he really believes in the Titans," agent Hadley Engelhard said. "Based on what happened last year he wants to show the Titans what he is all about." Henry missed four games last season as a penalty for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.

Also with Shaun Alexander and Edgerrin James headed for FA, and possibly Warrick Dunn, there wasnt going to be much of a market for Travis. Especially with his baggage.

Travis would be a #2 anywhere he would go. He at least knows he'll get opportunities in Tennessee. I'll be interested to see his deal.

I hope he doesn't bend us over backwards again. :irked: He believes in the Titans? :suspect: Yo Henry, flip the script bro. Thank your lucky stars you've even got a job. Pacman is cooking up some humble pie. Go have a bite with him. Be sure to make all of your NA meetings and keep hanging on for that next keychain because it's a long road to the Super Bowl. Now say your serenity prayer, shut the hell up and play some career pinnacle calibur football!!!!
