Titans promote Tim Kelly to Offensive Coordinator

Literally what I was about to type. I though maybe he was just following Vrabel's ethos but great follow-ups by PK.

...Yikes. I like coached that take on personal responsibility even if it isn't their fault.

 

No mention of Luke Steckel going to the Bears as Assistant Offensive Line Coach? We just "promoted" him to (whatever make belief) title we gave him. Assistant OL??? Seems like a step down. Maybe it's not a big deal. Maybe it's just more money for the kid. But maybe he's trying to get the heck out of doge.

If Kelly is as bad as some think he might be, wouldn’t this be a danger to Mike keeping his job?
Or will they give them two or three seasons?

 

Amy is not playing she has new stadium coming, we shall see and she wants to win.

Vrabel went to a afc championship game and has won the conference a couple of times. In his mind his offense is fantastic.

 

Kelly just speaks in generic coach speak.
