    It's a privilege to be an NFL HC, not a given right.

    I could see this scaring off a proven legit HC who can get a head coaching job anywhere, but I don't see this scaring off that many coaches that want to prove themselves.

    I saw it on PFT first thing.
    This kind of **** certainly scare off a HC candidate.

    If you think it is bad now lol. The next year was the start of the dark ages for the franchise. At times it felt like I was the only fan lol.

    First, I don't think the league has a leg to stand on in this case and two, I don't think HC candidates will panick over this at all. To my mind, this shows solidarity and commitment from the owners. Add that to the fact that the NFL loses virtually every case that pursue and I am not losing sleep over this.

    Those were rough times...I guess it is not too bad until coordinators start trading fists, huh?

    But, it did help push the team to Tennessee though.

    Maybe we are in the bottom of the abyss now as well....one can only hope.
