    The defense was the reason the Colts won the Superbowl. Manning and the offense were mediocre during that playoff run.

    If we’re going after a defensive guy, I want Schwartz. I don’t see anything about Vrabel that screams to me that he needs to be a HC in the NFL right now.

    defensive coaches or coaches who build around defense win. see Belichick, Tomlin, Carroll, Harbaugh, even now with Zimmer, Rivera was close but lost to Kubiak, see Marrone now and even Dan Quinn.

    Only offensive minded coaches to win a SB recently have been Sean Payton & McCarthy.
