    The OC has to be a big name. Of which there are not many left.

    This whole exercises success or failure likely depends on the OC hire.

    The point is he interviewed for OC not QB coach. You can’t interview him for OC and then offer him a lesser job.

    I hope we nail the OC and DC hires...Vrabel said he wouldn't hire friends but so far he's interviewed and hired OSU guys and guys he worked with in Houston.

    Ryan Day was reportedly his #1 target. DeFillipo would arguably be a better candidate and hire. Assuming he can take what he knows and put together a offense that works with the strengths of these players.
