    It will be interesting to hear what Coach has to say. I am really glad that the Titans went with an offensive minded guy. Teams offense has been too vanilla and predictable for a while now. Hopefully he will be able to bring on a good DC also. One who's schemes it doesn't take the defense half a season to get comfortable with.

    As far as QB goes if Locker comes back healthy and the O-line can protect him I think he is going to have a breakout year next season. This season was ruined with the freak injuries. Picking up a decent QB in the draft would be nice. Fitzpatrick can then be the 3 and maybe impart a little knowledge to the young guy.

    Time for CJ to go, get a couple of young hungry studs in there that know how to block and catch some passes too.

    All in all I think this was a pretty good hire.

    I don't understand all the hype for Ray Horton. He's not terrible but he's far from a top notch DC. He's been a DC 3 years. His defenses have ranked:

    Total D:
    2011: 18th
    2012: 12th
    2013: 9th

    Scoring(Points allowed):
    2011: 17th
    2012: 17th
    2013: 23rd

    Not top notch DC numbers.
