    Missing on a player is fine, even the best GMs with great scouts only bat 500 if they're lucky

    But taking a backup QB to a prospects workout and letting him have a say is pretty crazy. Even Aaron Rodgers isnt making personnel decisions

    There are zero GM’s who are batting .500 in the draft. I’d say if you have a GM who is hitting on about 30-35% of his draft picks you are doing well. That’s about 2-2.5 per draft class (if you have 7 picks).

    For the record there is ZERO chance Tyrone Calico makes it past the 2nd round in today's NFL draft

    6'4, 223lbs, and 4.3 speed. Even with just OK college stats, he still probably goes top 15.

    The Titans were fine to take Calico at the bottom of 2nd. Hindsight is 20-20. Who knows what happens if he doesn't get injured.
