Titans activated WR Harry Douglas from injured reserve

do rushing touchdowns not count because they dont fit into your narrative?

 

Harry Douglas was legit at Louisville.

He was the go-to 3rd down WR when you absolutely needed a 1st down.

Will be interesting to see if he's still go anything left in the tank or if he was one of those guys who peaked in college

 

Nothing like injecting a 40 year old WR into the lineup after he's been out of commission for 3 1/2 months..

If Douglas sees action expect more sloppy play on offense

Way older than I thought...

 

The upside is he's well rested. May even get a foot or two of separation.

 

Douglas helps more than you think.

Outside of being an excellent vet presence (ask Taywan which WR has been most helpful to him? Harry), Douglas doesn't make the mental mistakes Davis/Taywan make.

Don't get me wrong, he's not very good, but he does his job and plays his role well. Won't be surprised if he's active today in place of Rishard, and finishes with a 3-55 line. He's also an excellent blocker.

Harry has a spot on this team.

 

mariota has proven he trusts rishard, but I think Harry is actually his 2nd security blanket behind delanie - when he's on the field..

 

I was gonna say that too. Marcus trusts Douglas.

 

I just don't feel like reaching to that extent in order to support some ridiculous narrative that Mariota has actually been good this season.

 

I think Decker is his new guy. He hustles, runs good routes and knows what to do when m8 has to scramble. Good pickup for us.
