we'll be aggressive and blitz out of necessity, but we don't have the guys for. nick harper isn't someone i want in man-to-man coverage half the game. keith bulluck, david thornton and stephen tulloch are not good pass rushers.

not to mention tulloch is one of the smallest starting MLBs in the league and without a guy the offense needs to double team every snap there is going to be a lot more trash he'll have to sort through.

Hope to be fine, but I've seen this happen many times before, where you are absolutely sure the backup is better, and it never goes as well as you think. Chemistry is undervalued.

 

I wouldn't be surprised one bit if he was our guy at #30.

i know blitz our nickleback a lot, that's when cortland got a career high 2 in his rookie year. i think we send our DBs more than we send our linebackers.
