Alabama End of Days

Today I saw Montgomery's true colors.

The roads are frozen. Snow is beginning to fall.

Chaos.

People walking down the street.
Cars in ditches, wrecks everywhere.
Emergency vehicles and police in the ditches.

Walmart closed. My work closed early. Everything is closed.

I went to Walmart for laughs before going home.

People were buying cases of beer and cigarettes.

The power hasn't gone out yet. Waiting patiently as ice builds up on stuff.


Apparently Birmingham is on the doorstep of hell from what I'm hearing from a couple people.


Lol at Alabama for being so unprepared.

 

Is it that bad there? I am just south of ATL and actually just went grocery shopping yesterday

 

Roads are ice. They expect 3 inches of snow or so. Town is shut down.

People won't stay in though. Wrecks everywhere.

You know stuff is bad when Walmart closes.

It looks silly but the roads are ice. Getting worse and temp falling.

We have gotten a few inches, but I don't have any idea how the roads are. I don't see many people coming in or leaving, so it might be bad. I can't imagine it would be much better seeing as I am only 2 hours east.
