I don't think he's overrated.. He's a really good QB with potential galore, but as you see he's being coached by BoB and I'm sure he can't get the best out of him.

BoB has shown he can't be a good HC or GM. Watson's talent is wasting away under BoB.

Nah, I can't see Watson signing an extension. If that's the case, he's getting MAD MAD money to stay with them.
