The Titans are expected to play their starters on offense into the second quarter of Thursday’s final preseason game against the Saints at LP Field. Coach Mike Munchak said the first team defense might not be on the field quite as long, however.

“It has nothing to do with who we are playing or how long they play their guys, it is about us being ready,” Munchak said. “We just need to go out and put some drives together. We intend to play a little longer than the guys on defense and hopefully we’ll have success early where that will be somewhere in the second quarter when we pull the guys out.”
