Should Titans Make a Play For OBJ?

I'm seeing rumors swirling that OBJ might be available via trade as the Giant look to rebuild around Saquan. BR suggested that a 2019 2nd and a 2020 1st (When the next big QB draft class arrives) would be enough. That the Giant would essentially ride out 2019 with Eli, and compile picks for a big 2020.

OBJ comes with a hefty price tag though, roughly 20 million a year for the next 4 years. But he is easily one of the most talented WR in the game. Also, if the Titans offense didn't succeed next year with OBJ, Davis, Delanie and Henry, then it would be obvious to all that MM8 isn't the answer.

But if it worked...with our talented defense... whoa nelly.

 

Wow, surprising that so many people hate the idea of adding a top 5 wide receiver in his prime, and yet complain about our lack of WR talent on literally every other thread in this forum.

Tell you what, how about we spend another 1st or 2nd round pick on a WR instead since that always seems to work out for us.
