    Agreed. ESPN really changed their tune this past week... I'm surprised, really.

    :) Happy for the guy. Now I hope he has a chip on his shoulder in the NFL against whichever team makes the mistake of taking Luck over him.

    It wasn't a useless thread, because this is the talk- internet-wide that actually kept Luck from winning it and giving RG3 a chance.


    Here's the thing: Those of us that were mad about the BCS fix decided- look... Let's go ahead and b*tch about RG3 losing BEFORE it happens- so maybe there would be a chance he'd win.

    Lo and behold...ESPN all of a sudden changes their tune.





    You knew? PAH! Riiiight... you hadn't watched ESPN up til a week ago if "you knew".

    To me it was a toss up between Griffin and Luck. Griffin had the slightly better stats but Luck's team was in the national championship hunt and only lost one game each of the last 2 years.


    Stanford has a historical winning % of .594. Under Luck they have only lost 2 games in the last 2 seasons. Remember they dominated Virginia Tech in a BCS bowl last January.

    Both players deserved it.
