    Lmao tannehill been in the league since 2012 while mariota been in since 2015 so this is the most retarded stat I’ve ever seen. Mariota has never finished a whole season while Tannehill has finished all except 3. Also other than the torn ACL which kept him out the whole season Tannehill has missed far less games. If you exclude the ACL injury Tannehill has missed 8 out of 96 games while Mariota has missed 9 out of 64 games.
    It’s like saying Tom Brady has missed more starts than Baker Mayfield....

    WAIT! Before you get upset...

    Go down the list of starting QBs. I did this with a friend of mine that argued that Mariota is top 15 in the league. He eventually admitted there are about 19 better starters in the league. I simply went down the list and asked him which ones he's better than.

    And I think that's fair. Mariota is 20th best in the league. Which would be fine if he limits mistakes and actually moves the chains from time to time.

    Until you factor in the league standings for the last 3 years. Titans finished 15th, 17th, and 15th, which would put Mariota around 15th, or middle of the pack.

    In all honesty, I think that's about right.

    Kirk Cousins puts up "franchise QB" numbers but he never makes a clutch play when his team needs it. Mariota may not be putting up the numbers but he's clutch and I feel like we have a good chance to win every time he is on the field. I'd take the latter.

    Mariota just has to stay out there, which is by far the biggest problem here, not his numbers.
