Pure Speculation - Is Derrick Henry on the Move?

He was on the move for 62 yards...but we are the titans.

Yeah, he didnt look happy on the sideline several times when DL was out there in short yardage.

What i want to know is why we throw deep on every 3rd and short.

 

It was obvious to anyone with brain cells Lewis was brought in to be the guy

 

Lewis is a fine player but everything he does he learned

Henry is out of this world, if he cant pick up what guys like Lewis know it's better for us

 

You don't give a guy $19.8 million to be a situational back.

 

He carried the ball 10 times. If someone can break a run like that every 10 touches, you bet your ass that I'm giving it to him.

 

Or you can give it to the other guy who's a lot better and does more. Basically what we've watched the last 2+ years.

 

Aren't you big on referencing the injury history of players? It seems like that is applicable in this situation

 

Derrick Henry couldn't unseat one-footed Demarco Murray. Who cares about injury history if you suck?

 

Henry doesn't fit our new system

 

He's averaged 4.2 and 4.5 yards rushing and over 10 YPC in his two seasons. Just because he doesn't satisfy your eye test doesn't mean that he sucks. He couldn't unseat Murray because he's a better 3rd down back and Mularkey was clueless how to pull off a 4 quarter game plan which involved more than 11 guys.
