sounds good. Let's keep Vince another 3 years and then cut him. We can then be as good as the Texans. Good plan.

Bud loves Vince. Bud loves the fact that he can beat Houston with Vince. Bud is obsessed with showing up the Texans. Bud probably had apoplexy last week over the loss. He will not let him go. Next year will see Vince back with his bonus money. What Fisher does about it, I don't know. He can suck it up and let Vince be Vince-which Vince is, regardless, or he can move on. If he's smart, he will move on because it is evident that he can't get the troops motivated and there are no other leaders in the locker room. He can have another job in ten minutes of announcing his leaving if he wants. I think the saddest thing about this whole affair is that the team members have let the nonsense between Fisher and Vince destroy their season. They are grown men and could have gone out and played like they did at the beginning of the season, helping out whichever qb was on the field. But they chose not to.

I think VY should be back next year, but we need to draft a "real" man to take the helm. After seeing Big Ben break his nose last night and keep playing just made me think that VY probably would not have kept playing if he broke his nose. In addition, if we draft a QB to eventually take VY's place, it would light more fire under him and force to perform all out.

Bud's fascination with a team that is consistently not in the playoffs is sad. He have been drafting to beat the Colts, and other teams that have winning seasons.

Please.. experience with Mr. Tinfoil dictates that a scenario like that would result yet another meltdown. Get rid of VY now. Burn this place to the ground.

Fisher needs to go. If he can't figure it out with the greatest player the league has ever seen (C.J.) then he's a damn fool. Fisher made a dreadful mistake at drafting a speed back when all he knows is to force the ball up the middle and keep the clock running. Vince Young knows how to work with C.J. so they can both benefit, Fisher does not. Vince stays, Fisher goes. Vince better toughen up a bit too.

Bah, CJ did just fine both years prior. Clean out the coaching staff, send Vince packing and start the future asap. This team needs a field general with a heart of steel not a punk that gets injured every other game, mentally checks out twice a year and says brilliant things like "can't nobody tell me nothing"..
