Pick on Rajon Rondo cos he sucks thread

Didn't he average nearly a triple double in the playoffs last year? I wouldn't call that sucking. It's fine if you don't like the guy, but at least explain why you think he sucks.

 

This is just Derrick Rose being a beast. Those missed layups happen to everyone. He makes that shot 95% of the time.

Rondo is a great player. I blame Kesha's "music".

I hate the guy, but I don't think he sucks. I think he's the product of playing with 3 greats though. He's not a top 5 pg by any means.

I adopted the Bulls as my favorite team about two years ago since I didn't have a team. lol

It wasn't bandwagon, I swear. They were pretty average then. No Derrick Rose.

I still have a hard time paying attention to the NBA though.

 

I disagree about him not being able to defend. He isn't much of a shooter or scorer for sure, but he can certainly run the point. We are at a different age now with guys like Rose and Williams who are PGs who are also big scorers, but Rondo would be more in the Nash, Stockton, or Jason Kidd mold (not saying he is at their level, but similar type of player). He makes people around him better which is ultimately a PGs top responsibility. He has had a little bit of a tough year due to injury, but he was great in the playoffs last year and was great this year before the injury slowed him down a bit.
