    good point... so does anyone know if he settled with her out of court?..or are there actually grounds for a lawsuit?

    You don't have to have grounds for a lawsuit to have a lawsuit. ;)

    But if someone accused you of such an act and it was picked up by the national media and you could clear your name, wouldn't it make sense to send a message to this woman and all others who want to falsely accuse in the future?

    Seriously, I think Pac paid her off in the hopes Goodell reinstates him and he can start pulling a paycheck again soon. We'll likely never know the truth.

    There is no way you let a woman jeopardize your career with a lie. If she is lieing, and he doesnt sue, then he has to be on the short list of stupidest players in the league.
