Those are after the draft saftey nets for teams in need of DL help
We should sign one the day before the draft and then not have it as a need going in
I'd have Suh and Wilkerson on speed dial. If I don't take a DT in round 1...I probably sign one...or both...DURING the draft.
I'd just get it over with before, those guys are all more than serviceable and then we could go for another position
Brian Burns is BEYOND sloppy......
I'm not saying he's the first choice, but keep a few things in mind. There are traits and things you can coach, and things you can't coach. He has as good or better getoff of anyone in this draft. Combine that with elite bend and you have the makings of an elite pass rusher. You can mold his body into granite in the weight room. You can't teach him an elite 10 yd sprint speed (for a WR!!!) and the flexibility for a low bend around the arc!!! He's definitely a first round grade from me.
We have everything to make a "sloppy" guy like burns into a pro bowler.
Vrabel top LB coach
Young Competition (Laundry,Brown Evans)
Legit vets to learn from (Morgan, Wake)
Whoever comes in first or second round is going to have all the tools to be good.
Largely agree, but we don't have Morgan. Unless we signed him this morning or soemthing...
This post needs some help
1.) Morgan is gone. B.) Brown is a ILB, and tacos.) Evans probably too small to live on the edge.
The rest of what you said makes cents tho..
How much though?
