I wouldn't mind McDaniels at HC and somehow poaching Vrabel to be the DC.

I'm sure Vrabel isn't bailing for the same position, but... one can dream.

As a HC? Maybe a bit green, but definitely a candidate for OC I would think if he is interested.

 

Him paired with Vrabel would be awesome imo. Don’t know how likely it is though.

But my wild card fav is Matt LaFleur another young up and comer - Rams QB coach

Any of the 4 I’d be more than excited as Gets.

 

Houston will let him interview for promotions but they won't let him make a lateral move inside the division.

 

One thing I agree with others on here is this...

This is not 2014, and we are not a dumpster fire at this point. I think that we will get some legitimate interest from some very strong candidates at this point. We have the components for a team that can be very good very soon IMO.

 

Was talking about vrabel as HC with the other guy as OC which is why I think it’s doubtful lol

 

That’s the beauty of the “assistant head coach” title.

 

Todd Haley is another prime example of a good xs and os guy who has a **** personality for the HC gig.
