Numbers at Each Position

    I was wondering how many guys at each position you guys think we will have for the final roster?

    After that maybe we could look at who could fill those spots.

    I forgot here is mine:

    QB:3
    RB:4
    WR:6
    TE:3
    OL:10
    DL:9
    LB:6
    DB:9
    Then punter, kicker, and LS = 3

    Total: 53

    Subtract a RB and add a LB and I think that's accurate.

    I didn't count Ken Amato in the 6 LBs too. Ayers, McCarthy, McRath, Witherspoon, Curren, plus one more ( Tulloch maybe). 7 sounds way better tho, maybe one less OL or something.

    We only kept 3 rbs like you said last year. I just don't see how we don't have 4 this year tho. CJ, Harper, Ringer, and Hall (or another FB).

    Harper and Ringer will both make the Roster, CJ is #1 of course, Ringer is locked at #2 for now cause so far he has ran good and know the system, Harper is a bigger back and is insurance for Ringer.

    Didn't forget about Hall, just left him out of the FB category. Didn't even notice there were no FB's listed in the initial list.

    Your correct, with Hall that'd make 4 RB's.

    I actually think Harper will get more burn than Ringer. He's a passing threat and he can be used in short yardage situations.

    I don't think we keep 3 QBs. I'd try to get Smith on the practice squad. After his showing against the Texans last year I can't imagine anyone trying to snatch him up.
