Everyone complaining about how expensive it is. It’s actually not at all. No better deal than YouTubeTV because you can split your membership with 5 other households. $12 a month for your TV service and $41.50 each for the entire season of Sunday Ticket. Expensive? It’s a steal.
I dropped Directv after the season and went to YouTube TV. The pre-order is cheaper than Directtv was plus I am over $100 cheaper per month after the switch. So it's a win for me but was expecting a little cheaper....
The value for titans fans boils down to the number of prime time games they’ll have. nfl Sunday ticket does not include Thursday, Saturday, SNF, or MNF games. Even worse, to watch the ESPN game (if TN gets one) the viewer would have to have cable. If they live in an area without antenna service, they won’t catch the ABC game either. TNF is probably still on Amazon.
How many people have 5 friends willing to split a subscription? That's silly as hell to even mention. $72/month for YouTube TV sub is dumb enough... Add $400 on that to watch football for a couple of months does seem pretty high! Plus, from what I understand, thats a 1 time upfront payment not a monthly payment. I watched every Titans game plus several others last season for $10 or $15/month for NFL+. While it wasn't always the best experience, it's doable and a hell of a lot cheaper.
I was paying $55 a month for the Sunday Ticket with Direct TV. Honestly hate that it's no longer with Direct TV, as I don't want to switch over to YouTube TV. I got a 7 day trial with YouTube TV and didn't like it at all.
It’s way better after you get used to it. I promise. It also never goes out because of weather. Satellite will be a thing of the past in the future. It’s all going to streaming eventually
You think $72 a month is expensive for TV? Have you checked cable and satellite prices lately. And yes I think most people know 5 people that would be willing to spilt their bill to save a bunch of $. If you even know 1 to split it with, it’s way cheaper than anything else.
