    Offense and Defense both took steps back...but still rookie QB, first year head coach. He wasn't given alot of room for error.

    I usually like to see HCs get multiple years, but Wilks was a disaster.

    He hired an OC who couldn't get the ball into David Johnson's hands. He changed too much on defense when they went from a 3-4 to a 4-3.

    He was a guy who prioritized scheme over personnel.
