New NFL Shield Logo

WHOA!!!!! Not much difference. Looks slightly more modern though.

 

So was Roger Goodell sitting in his office and thought "Hey, I haven't been in the news for a couple of days. Let's change the logo!"?

 

Honestly I don't know if i like it better. Why does it only have 8 stars? Doesnt the older one have 50 for all the states? I like that its darker and the lettering looks more modern, but i dont like the stars and football.

 

The old one had 25 stars. Maybe the 8 stars represent the divisions?

I'm not sure which one I like better......not like it's a big deal though.

 

Oldschool = better

New Logo is tight tho.

 

Looks like someone just tried to make the NFL shield from scratch in photoshop. All caps pc font, a clipart football, a star here and there, weird spacing, and the color's darker.

I think the current shield is the best in sports. The new one looks like the NBC sunday night football version.

 

I can't believe they didn't add flames, and a big T.
