The collusion was this.
Fisher knew Dungy had class. Fisher knew it was unlikely that Jim Sorgi could lead a game winning drive in 20 second.

IMO, Fisher and Dungy are the two classiest coaches in the NFL

 

And i guess their players trying to take our players heads off was part of it as well,just to make it look like they were trying to win..It was just a case of respect ans sportsmanship between 2 great coachs who actually like each other.

I was filling in the conversation as I watched them meet on the field. I did project a "Thanks for taking it easy on offense" or something like that. Because I thought of it, I figured it would cross the mind of someone in the media.

I agree that Dungy was showing class -- just like tipping over your King at the end of a chess match. He knew the game was done.

Didn't Fish do something last game, last year to force Tony to use his last time out? Sounds to me like Fish knows Tony.
