    I don’t snack too much anymore but.....


    A measured amount of almonds, cashews, or peanuts.

    Some type of veggie with ricotta cheese, cream cheese or the like.

    Pork rinds

    If I have time, I sautée zucchini with chili paste and garlic, amazing.

    I hear a lot about beef jerky, but I haven’t found a brand with low enough carbs, turkey jerky works though.

    Pepperoni or salami with cheese.

    It’s basically for people who have trouble hitting their calorie goal.

    I made a few when I had trouble getting a respectable amount of calories and they weren’t bad. Granted mine were only coconut oil, sugar free peanut butter and vanilla extract.

    Yea see right now my breakfast is a avocado with scrambled eggs and spinach with cheese.

    I'll have a pure protein bar or quest bar

    Then a 50/50 salad mix with grilled chicken and another avocado..

    I gotta start incorporating more red meats but not sure yet.

    I go food shopping every Friday, going to try a little more this next week

    I do scrambled eggs with cheese and some sort of fatty thing to thicken it, and salmon or bacon.

    Usually have my snack of almonds or peanuts.

    Then baked chicken thighs, wrapped in bacon, with Alfredo sauce and some sort of veggie.

    That’s my meal prep for my work week. When I’m off I’ll sear up some tuna, make a fathead pizza, or a burger/burrito bowl. It’s easy to get burnt out on chicken so I never eat it when I’m off.

    I eat a ton of bacon now, so much that I actually don’t even mention it to people I know because it’s absurd. Even with that, my sodium intake is still probably half of what it should be, so keep an eye on that or you could hurt yourself.

    How long have you been doing it? And are you usually in a state of ketosis??

    I officially started Nov 18, but probably a few days before that. Haven’t went over 20g in a day but twice and even then it was still under 50.
