The A's are a cheap ass organization. Would not shock me if they are trying to lowball him.
They call it moneyball
1) There is no chance Murray is 5’10”
2) There is no chance Murray plays a snap on an NFL team. He’s guaranteed multiple millions of dollars to play baseball. Baseball. A game where you have to try to get injured.
Injury risk is obviously lower in baseball, but so are his chances of making it. He has some guaranteed money in baseball but nothing compared to his rookie contract would be as a 1st round nfl qb. If he made it in baseball and played a long career, he would make more and be healthier in the long term. It is not an easy decision
The fact that some people think he's a 1st round lock is kinda crazy.
I wont be a bit surprised if he falls to the 2nd or 3rd(where I wouldn't mind taking him)
His baseball stats aren’t great
he is absolutely a 1st round lock if he commits to the nfl
You liked Faulk and Paxton Lynch
But we have Deon Lewis
Id be willing to bet some Moolah he gets drafted in the 1st round.
