Why are we comparing Britt to some of the fastest guys in the world?

well keep in mind... last month he wasn't able to cut and he was also getting a lot of swelling as well... still not sure currently if he still can, but if he can run at that speed while he's limited, i think it'll be okay

kenny knows himself... if he's happy with this speed nearly a month ago, i think we should be too

My best friend who played for the Cowboys blew his ACL in October then ran a 10.3 100M in April. I am not encouraged by Britts progress. The more and more I think about it, I think the Kendall Wright pick is an indicator of the coaching staff's apprehension of him being full strength this year, then watching him chase the big bucks elsewhere.:suspect:

Why do fan care so much about track times football speed is what matters.

Titans will never be allowed to have two good, healthy wr's on the team at once.

I'm praying to Joe Pesci right now that his knee completely heals.

I get your whole track time analysis, but unless KB is running under an 11 second 100m he's not healthy and it will affect his football speed. So there is relevance

Dude JUST had his knee rebuilt. A 16 second 100-yard dash is not a concern right now. I'm just glad he can put some weight on it and actually run.

This seemed to cause a stir.

What Kenny Britt is saying is that he's getting to the point to where he's able to sprint. He's not at full strength yet, and won't be for a while, but it shows that he's doing more than jogging. His agility and ability to cut is of much more importance than his straight away speed.

Kenny Britt seems to be slightly ahead of schedule but if there is a 2nd surgery he'd be on schedule or slightly behind. He seems to have recovered pretty quickly.

I played college ball and we had our stud WR go down with a torn ACL. He had several setbacks and never was able to play his senior season. He has a very serious injury but if he takes his time he can recover from it. We've got so many weapons on offense now that there's no need to rush him back to the field.

That recovery time is pretty impressive. I've never heard of an ACL recovery that fast. Ever.

I think the Wright pick was insurance. Kenny will be back before mid-season. The question is when.
