    Without a doubt it slowed him down.
    But he also knew he had built an offensive line for power blocking and then hired an OC and a line coach who specialized in Zone.

    He should have known better.
    The two types of players aren't interchangeable.

    He sure as hell didn't draft Corey Davis for Mularkey so I'd say building for that style hasn't really ruined us. I've always felt like JR kept life after Mularkey in the back of his mind.

    But sure Spain and Conklin were added with Mularkey in mind.
