    Jon Gruden, whats there to say... A man who once inherited two Super Bowl bound teams that would meet in San Diego for the Lombardy trophy one day, has single handily dismantled the Oakland Raiders just as theyre getting ready to set off for Las Vegas.

    So far the plan has been to dump pricey vets in exchange for shiny new draft picks, oooh sounds so promising doesnt it, draft picks! But wait. If you lookup teams draft picks under Gruden its quite sad. Look at Tampa's history from 2002-2008, and Oakland 1998-2001. There is a Guard and kicker both drafted in the 1st round....

    When youre feeling bad about the Titans just look across the country at what the Raiders are going thru, it should make you smile.

    dude got a 10 year contract to move the team to vegas... he was always gonna stock up on picks and rebuild completely. that was the plan all along.

    History says he'll blow most of them. Moe Collins, Derrick Gibson, Napoleon Harris, Mike Clayton, Gaines Adams are some of his 1st rounders.... And of course the kicker he took in the 1st lol

    @GoT grew up a Raiders fan, as was my father, I grew up a KC Chiefs fan....needless to say game times were interesting in our home...LOL

    That kicker has scored more points than any Titans First round pick in history. And counting. Or any other pick in Titans/oilers history

    So there’s that. 10th all-time in points scored.. there have been worse draft picks. Like Kendall Wright, Kenny Britt, etc.
