Breaking News Johnathan Cyprien Suffers Season-Ending Injury

I think I take Eric Reid over Vaccaro...he's better in coverage...but Vaccaro is a better tackler by far.

 

5 years ago he was pro bowl caliber............ now he is good enough

 

Interestingly they are both younger than Cyprien. But they need to be all in signing one if not both of these guys for depth purposes.

 

#Titans safety Jonathan Cyprien had a defensive grade of 56.8 last season. His backup, Kendrick Lewis, had his last meaningful season in 2015 with the Ravens. That year, he produced a defensive grade of 62.8.

This is very telling - Cyprien is a very solid tackler but I never thought he was that great.

 

It’s not often a season ending injury could actually work in your favor but I think either Reid or Vaccaro would be an upgrade on Cyprien.

Lol just a long time fan that only recently joined this forum. Calico was actually one of my favorite Titans until Roy Williams destroyed his knees.

 

Just saw that one of the issues with Reid is that he's suing the league over collusion for him not getting a job and that may hinder him from meeting with the team.

How ironic that his lawsuit for not getting a job may cost him a job.
