Fisher did suck but bad head coaches don't make it 25 years in the nfl

Average ones can with some luck tho

VY got by on raw talent... which will only get you so far in the NFL. He was unable to develop beyond that. Also a headcase.

    Locker was the complete opposite...

    Maybe

But after he stormed out vs Philly he lost the benefit of doubt

Not many coaches willing to invest in players like that

Why I call him more of a disappointment than a bust... in my opinion.

Calico was on the way to good production until Roy Williams pulled that horse-collar tackle that took out both knees and ended his career.

As soon as the NFL made the horse-collar an infraction, Williams career was over, too. Only cheap-shot trick in Williams' bag, what a punk.

He showed he can play in this league, but when the 3rd overall pick is out of a job before his 29th birthday I can see why the bust label gets thrown around

He's only considered a bigger bust to some because of that #3 draft spot and being QB. Any time a QB gets drafted #3 overall, you should be able to expect him to stay on the team for of a longer career, anything less is considered bust.

In 5 years the only thing really positive to his name was team record. I think after ROY no one expects to see 9/17 TD:INT ratio or that's a giant step in the wrong direction.

Maybe that's not entirely fair to him add the way Fisher treated him, but the price tag that came with #3 was so big, he was going to be a bust or Pro-bowler every year. Not a lot of middle ground.
I actually put him as less of a bust than Woolfolk and Warmack.
