I completely disagree. You either have the skills it takes to be quarterback in the NFL or you don't. VY is one of the greatest college QB's ever to live, but he doesn't have what it takes to be even an average NFL player. I hope the Titans do not continue to let this project have chance after chance. What we spent financially to get the guy is in the past, we can only control the future. Let's cut our losses and move on.

For anyone to say Young has not improved (mechanics, accuracy, reading defenses, making progressions, staring down receivers) has not watch film of him from his rookie season.

For those who think he's bad now, he was awful then. If he can get his head right, I think he will be fine.

I'm just frustrated at the lack of progress. Aside from that the metal stability issue, which I really view as a manifestation of immaturity turned me against the guy for now. I'm just elated that Collins is stepping up so well. Without Collins we would be screwed.

Vince could be dangerous if we inserted him with Collins with some sort of package similar to what the Dolphins did this weekend. That could be a way he can be used in a way very few players could. He has that dynamic about him, but as a pure passing QB, he is terrible. I hope that changes.

Vince has taking leaps into becoming a NFL QB. He's improved alot. It's him mentally that's holding him back. Making the right decisions, playbook, etc. then everything off the field.
