Skipping all the "they are gonna win" fanspeak etc. - your honest opinion if we miss it by one, how big of a screwup was the Jax loss and would they have won had CJ been in camp rather than holding out and signing just hours before that very winnable game.
    Your opinion.

He can definitely take most of the blame for the Jacksonville game, but he almost single handedley won us the past 2 games....So IDK how you can blame him for missing the playoffs in that event.

We don't even have to worry about it because we will be in the playoffs.

    But you voted no.
Doesn't matter if he racks up 2000 yds from this point on and carries this team to a win n each remaining game. It would be THAT loss in Jax keeping us out.
He is supposed to do his job all year - not just the last half.

    Love this comment.
When did this bank account love culture become a "thing"?

    Here's the thing.

C.J.'s holdout cheated our team out of 2 full weeks of "Titans" practice. The time wasted with Ringer and Harper definitely tricked our linemen into thinking they could get the job done for a guy like C.J.. If C.J. was in on time during the summer, our O-Line may not have sucked so badly the first half of the season.

75% CJ's fault, 25% front office for the whole holdout situation. If you realize a player is integral to your team winning, you get him there, don't just throw out little quotes to the media. They could have easily gotten him there earlier or worked out a deal earlier. Ego's on both sides took over. CJ didn't put the team first, he should have been there, but the front office didn't want to give in and they were both very counterproductive and it may cost us.

Sure you can go back at the end of the season and say we would have won this game had this player been there, but maybe CJ tears his ACL in the first game of the season and we're 4-8 right now. You just never know although it would have been nice to have him play and not worry about what would happen had this player been there etc.

I blame Britt for getting injured. And the hole NFL organization, players included, for the sucky lockout.
