But in all seriousness I hope we do hear from him...It would show he actually cares and maybe it will be more then a "Work it out guys" speech this time.

 

I think he should simply say:

"I expect to win the division, my coaches and players better figure out how to make that happen".

 

I'd just like to hear that he's inserting Fisher as the starting QB.

 

"If this team cant play for this coaching staff then we need to find players and coaches who can work together instead of against each other. And Vince will be signed to a 5 year deal."

 

Apart from the last sentence, YES.

But I do want Bud to keep Vince and find us a coach who will work with this team and not against them.

he might say "play better", from is perch in Houston or whatever. As far as doing anything constructive or helpful he's not going to do anything at all.
