    Why hasn't frank's jersey been retired?Do they typically wait on h.o.f. time first?

    2. If they're not going to, then I wish they'd issue it to one of the other WR's. Because I hate looking at low numbers on a receiver's jersey.

    Wycheck's number won't be retired. We generally don't retire numbers anyway.

    why should wycheck definitely need to be retired? he was a good player, but he was never great.

    Well, if his jersey's not going to be retired, then we shouldn't have receivers (who will make this team) wearing numbers twelve or nineteen.

    If teams were retiring jerseys for players like Wycheck (not saying he wasnt great). Open Numbers would at a premium by now...
