    Excuse me Norv Turner had an AFC championship roster gifted to him & he backed into the play offs. Please,if Norv keeps the job the Bolts won't even sniff a post season next year.

    the chargers fired their head coach because marty didn't along with their GM. they literally did not speak for months.

    but hey, if you'd like to hire norv turner to be our head coach, go for it.
