Then again you did say these teams are built for a one year run at the title.

    Review...best D's so far

Just looking over the teams...I find some interesting things.

Best Defensive team is a battle between...

H-town Cats (have fun running on this team featuring best 3 man run stuff line)
    DE Ngata
    DE A.Smith
    NT Ratliff
    OLB Harrison
    S E. Berry

P-Funk All-Stars (featuring the best LB corp so far and a HOF S)
    OLB C.Matthews
    OLB T.Suggs
    ILB Brian Urlacher
    CB Hall
    S E.Reed

Roan Mountain Snakes on a Plane (best balance and an Island)
    NT Raji
    DE Seymour
    OLB Woodley
    OLB Phillips
    CB Revis

Peyton just called and said he wants a raise!!!

Best Offensive teams are a little less clear since no one has taken more than 3 offensive players, but the battle atm is between...

    Tennessee Nationals
    QB Brady
    WR Jennings
    LT Long

    Sargo
    QB Rivers
    RB Charles
    LT Clady

    Long Island Titans
    QB Peyton
    WR DeSean
    LT D'Brick

    Huskies
    QB Big Ben
    WR Calvin
    LT Roos

The team with AP and Andre Johnson will be right in the middle of this when they have a QB...perhaps.

    Happy hunting!

I'm flattered to make your D list, Gut, but I think we won't know about Ds till the end of the draft. NFL defenses are only as good as their weakest links: that's where teams break them.

Well yes. When I said old, though, I meant "in decline." Like Jamal Williams is out there, but I don't see him being anyone's key to success.

Um...not to be a pessimist, but the last pick was made about 7:30pm and 12 hours would be 7:30-ish am.

The new guy posted around 8:30-ish?

How long are we giving him to make his 5 picks???

I don't want to see the next person start picking thinking his time has expired at 7:30am or 8:30 am and we have a mess on our hands.

    Please give some direction.

    Thanks!

And BTW, I know how you fill your holes is important, but these have the making of absolute dominant defenses!!!

I'm back in Australia now (the 14-hour flight was the reason for my delayed pick earlier today) so I'll generally be sleeping for the morning US time. It shouldn't make me miss any of my 12-hour windows but if I am on the clock in the morning it may take me a few hours to get online.

Gut, by rule TorontoTitanFan missed his pick at 830 this morning. EdRomeo is now on the clock. As for the new guy, he can re-enter and makes his picks whenever he wants now, but the draft moves on without him.
