Have you guys watched any Dolphins games this year? Chambers does not look good. Way too many drops and way too little effort. It might be that he's not trying because he hates being on the Dolphins, but that just means he's got an attitude problem.

He's not worth a 2nd round pick (assuming we actually learn how to draft).

your right but look whos throwing the ball to him. cleo lemon? haha. yeah 2nd rd is a toss up but hes fast and would be a lagit number one wide out for vince. until we get more weapons for vince we are wasting are possiblites with vy.

i wouldnt have minded chambers at all....7yrs in the league...still some great yrs remaining and definitely..it would really help our WRs core

    Chambers
    Moulds
    Jones
    Williams

We've seen chambers dominate as a number 1 even against good cbs...he just needs perhaps some inspiration

moulds would do better aginst 2nd string WRs and he still has it. in the beginnin when he went to housten i thought he was done..but really it was carr that was holdin him back

Jones as a 3rd string he can blossem there and continue to learn....he would at most times dominate most nickelbacks.

Willimas can replace Jones if he's injured and also would be a nice option in a 4WR set.

too bad though.....guess we'll have to keep looking.

He had 12 balls thrown to him on Sunday and caught 6. Some of those will have been bad throws but those aren't good numbers.

    Interesting..

Many posters here chirped that because of our success in the past our cap woes were to be expected but here are the chargers with several big name players taking on chris chambers and his $6M a year contract. The chargers have averaged 12 wins a season the last 3 years.

To think that we could have moss and chambers for the same price we paid for williams, davis and filani. Would have been a $16M cap hit but we could have absorbed that..

Thinking always of a way to help their team. That's what the pats did and what the chargers just did. The chargers already invested their first rd pick on a WR who has not played bad this year but chambers gives them an immediate boost at a position that is weak for them. Chambers contract runs through the 2008 season and by then the younger WRs will be ready to step up..

As for the titans we got moulds and gage. There is no aggresive thinking with this organization. we had kevin curtis here for 2 seconds and when they found out he might want more than minimum wage they passed on him. We could have drafted a big time play maker at TE in olsen. Now we are stuck with a postage stamp sized attack..

Don't forget we drafted 3 Wrs and sign 2 FA WRs and from that what do we have? One chris chambers trumps all those chumps..
