    All assistant coaches are still under contract until the next HC is brought in.

    He can either dismiss them or keep them as he sees fit.

    I dont know if any other DC could do much better with this current roster than Uncle Dick.

    The fact that our defense was outplaying our offense this whole year to me speaks volumes of how good Dick has been as a DC.

    True. But the defense wasnt the worse in the league. Sure we did get torched by good QBs but we really haven’t invested enough on defense under Jon Robinson. People always criticized Dick for playing WRs 10 yards from LoS but when you look at different teams they use the same strategy.

    We can get a great DC in Wilks if hes the HC, plus he is said to want DeFlippio as his OC, that would be a HUGE win win for us. Upgrade both sides of the ball.
