    yes it sucks for him he blew out his achilles. But, dude was out of shape and lucky to be signed this week, so to say it is a career derailing injury would imply his career wasn't already derailed.

    I don't wish injuries upon anyone, lets make that clear. Dez, talked enough crap, and his body clearly, as many of us had conveyed, IS DONE.

    He may actually get an injury settlement to ride off into the sunset with a "career ending achilles injury".

    Something like this is the main reason I was glad the Titans never considered him. I hate to hear he sustained such an injury, but going straight to a full practice from the couch is idiotic. The NFL has OTAs and limited practices during the pre-season for a reason.
