Demarco Murray Released

Really liked this guy, but this was the right move IMO. He is running low on gas in the tank, and we need another young back here to work in with Henry (assuming Henry performs....should be his last last chance for that IMO).

 

Reading the comments on Facebook or nfl.com, you'd think Murray is still in his 4th year.

"I hope my Saints sign him", "Come to Green Bay Demarco", "We need to sign him ASAP"

I'm guessing they didn't watch the Titans play last year. System or not, Murray is done. Combine that with going on a new team and you have yourself someone that will be done by week 8.

Love Murray, but he's done.
