Decision on quarterback should drive Titans draft plans

I like Jake's attitude, character, and work ethic..and I want him to succeed badly. The problem is, I like NOTHING I see on Sundays. Injured, inconsistent, inaccurate, and I cringe when he goes deep....It's time to draft a QB after 3 years. They need a quality backup regardless. Whiz will draft one this year, I'm telling you guys and girls.

 

Wrong. The worst thing that happens is they both suck. That is why I want to wait until next year. I don't see a franchise QB in this draft.

 

If we draft one this year, we will be drafting another one in three more years.

 

I'll take the chance....It's not working with Locker, and nothing is a guarantee with next years class. Whitehurst is not a good backup, so they need someone anyway. Bottom line, you won't compete without a consistent QB that actually stays healthy. This team desperately needs that, not to mention, they now have quality coaching.

 

I'll be very very worried if they don't draft one to be honest, but every new coach wants his guy, and Jake is not Whiz's guy...Everyone needs to prepare themselves of the likeliness that a QB is being drafted early this year.

I'd probably pass out if we drafted a QB, and he blossomed into Phillip Rivers 2.0 circa 2013. I would be satisfied with that kind of performance, just for a little while... we can work up to Aaron Rodgers quality later. XD

 

You see no franchise QB this year.... yet you want to wait til NEXT year??

... if there isn't a franchise QB in this large group- there damned sure isn't come next draft. Outside of Bryce Petty there is no one to even consider.

 

Common misconception to push the talent of the next years class up. No talent projection for next year is even possible at this point. I saw the Florida Cb purifoy as a top 10 prospect in early mocks... Just for kicks check where he's at now, **** is funny.
